Information
Please allow approximately 30 minutes per child when making your appointment for registration.
Things required at the time of registration:
- Birth certificate/Hospital Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Proof of residency
- Tax bill if you own your home, lease agreement if you rent (NOTE: if you don't have either one of them you will need a notarized statement)
Things to Know:
You will be required to fill out a complete Registration packet per each student that is being registered, which can be filled out in advance according to which school your child will be attending.
If you are transferring a student from another district you will be required to fill out a Request for Student Records Form.
If you are not the child’s parent, or you have sole custody, please bring proof of custody (court order).
Address Change Procedures:
If you currently reside in the Brandywine Heights Area School District and are relocating within the district, you need to officially change your address with the Registration Secretary. To set up an appointment or if you have any questions, please call 610.682.5160.
