EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL FORM
All requests for Educational Travel must be approved by the Superintendent prior to the extended absence. The Educational Travel form is available online under Forms or can be picked up in the main office, fill in the necessary information and should return it 10 days prior to the trip. The Superintendent will respond to your request through the mail. Approval must be obtained from the Principal and the Superintendent.
