LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS
Students that arrive at school after 8:15 a.m., but before 8:30 a.m., are considered tardy and must sign in at the office and secure a pass to gain admission to first period class. Excessive tardiness is considered a Level I offense in the behavioral code. After the third tardy in any academic quarter, the student may be assigned a detention Students arriving after 8:30 a.m. but before 11:40 a.m. will be considered ½ day absent, and those arriving after 11:40 a.m. will be considered absent for a full day.

There are times during the year when inclement weather will cause the district to delay the start of school. Such information will be broadcast on local TV and radio stations
