Hello Brandywine Heights Parents and Guardians,
It is with great honor and excitement to be writing this letter of introduction to you as the new Dean of Students here at Brandywine Heights Middle School and Intermediate School. I am proud to be working with such great students and look forward to working with you and the community to continue the tradition of education here at Brandywine Heights.
I have been dedicated to working with students and in the field of education for more than seventeen years. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of age levels ranging from fourth grade all the way up to students of college age. My most recent position was right here at Brandywine Heights where I served as the Middle School gifted support teacher as well as the seventh grade reading teacher. Prior to that, I served as a School Supervisor at a private alternative school.
I am looking forward to bringing my skills as a teacher and experiences as an educational leader to Brandywine Heights Middle School and Intermediate School and working together with you and the community to see that our students’ academic achievements continue to evolve.
It is my pledge to you to work hard and ensure that all students’ needs are being met and to continue to nurture the strong relationships with the students, parents and community partners. My door will always be open and I will welcome any input from you. Please feel free to contact me at any time during the school year with questions or concerns.
I look forward to working as a team to see that every student at Brandywine Heights strives to reach their goals and is able to reach #NewHeights.
