Third grade students and staff had the opportunity to visit the Intermediate School on Monday, May 9th. We were greeted by Mr. Riggins then we got to listen to the amazing musical talents of the fourth and fifth grade chorus and band. Next, student council members guided us on a tour of the building followed by a question and answer session with fourth grade students. Fourth grade buddies taught third graders how to open lockers, which was an exciting part of the day. The day ended with a delicious lunch in the cafeteria. Students thought it was so “cool” and “exciting” to visit the Intermediate School and the experience helped students see what a friendly place the Intermediate School is.
