It will be an awesome night featuring music & dancing with the Class of 84’ tribute band, food from Spuds, and a live Auction with Friends of Brandywine. Thank you so much to everyone who came to MIOS on Saturday to support our music students. Despite the rain, the event was a big success! Our students had wonderful performances, and the combined Grades 4-12 band was a highlight. The Music Department and Music Boosters are grateful for all the support! Mark your calendars for next year's Music In Our Schools concert, which is on Saturday, March 8, 2025.










Last week was National Breakfast Week, and we had a blast celebrating with fun themes and nutritious breakfast options in our school cafeterias! Thank you to our BHASD cafeteria staff who help us fuel each day with a healthy breakfast!










The 18th annual Music In Our Schools concert will be held tomorrow, March 9th at the BHHS Auditorium beginning at 3:00pm. This event is a district-wide showcase of our students’ musical talents and gives the audience the opportunity to witness the musical growth of students as they advance through the years. We encourage Brandywine families to relax, enjoy all performances, and stay for the day. We hope to see you there!


On Wednesday, the Virtual Academy was honored to recognize and celebrate our Kutztown Rotary Student of the Month, Annaliese Horvath! We are so incredibly proud of her diligence and success. Congratulations!


Mrs. Greiss led Virtual Academy students in a lesson about astronomical art, which is a genre of art that focuses on the universe as a frame of reference. Students used pastels to create their space art pieces.

The Cascade Brigade is proud to present the 3rd annual Night of the Arts this Friday, February 23rd in the HS Auditorium. Along with juggling there will be music, drama performances, and improv as well as displays of student work in art, graphics, woodshop, and engineering classes. It is a great opportunity to experience the talent in our district. There is no charge for admission and the evening begins at 7PM. We hope to see you there!

Virtual Academy students joined Ms. McLean's class on a field trip to the Kutztown University Planetarium. We learned about the sun and the visualization of what can be seen from within the shadow of a total solar eclipse. The next solar eclipse will be on April 8th!

The Reading Royals Hockey Team is partnering with the BHASD Community for a night out with the Royals! The game is scheduled for this Friday, January 26th at 7pm at the Santander Arena.
