🚍💛 February is Love the Bus Month! 💛🚐
Every day, our incredible bus and van drivers ensure our students arrive at school safely, on time, and with a smile (even on those early mornings!). They are the first friendly face our students see in the morning and the last "have a great night!" before heading home.
To all our dedicated drivers, aides, and transportation staff—thank you for your patience, care, and commitment to our students. You keep Brandywine Heights moving, and we appreciate you!
💬 Drop a comment to share your thanks or a great story about your favorite driver! 🚌❤️ #BHASD #GoBullets #LoveTheBus

🚨 TWO-HOUR DELAY ALERT 🚨
Brandywine Heights Area School District will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Friday, February 21. ❄️
Road conditions—especially in higher elevations—are snow-covered, deteriorating, and very slippery. This delay allows time for roads to be treated and for safer travel in daylight.
Stay safe and take it slow!

🔎 Flipping the Script on Learning! 🎤
On Friday, over 40 Brandywine students (grades 3-12) took the lead in teaching our teachers! 👏 From coding to middle school life to post-grad plans, students shared their perspectives while educators gained fresh insights.
This unique student-led Professional Development session reinforced the power of hope—a key piece of our Profile of a Learner—and the impact of authentic, career-focused learning. 💡💬
Big thanks to our incredible students for inspiring the future of education!

Enjoy your day off, students, and we’ll see you back in school tomorrow!

📚✨ World Read Aloud Day was a success! Our Elementary and Intermediate students teamed up across grade levels to share their love of reading. 📖💙
Students picked their favorite books and read them to a partner from another grade—because stories are even better when shared! What a great way to celebrate the power of reading together! 📚🎉
