The Cascade Brigade is proud to present the 3rd annual Night of the Arts this Friday, February 23rd in the HS Auditorium. Along with juggling there will be music, drama performances, and improv as well as displays of student work in art, graphics, woodshop, and engineering classes. It is a great opportunity to experience the talent in our district. There is no charge for admission and the evening begins at 7PM. We hope to see you there!
Mrs. Ohl’s class celebrated Chinese New Year. This celebration was in memory of Margaret Lau who shared her culture with many children while volunteering at our school. Dumpling making, a dragon parade, red envelopes, and eating with chopsticks were the celebration's highlights.
Mrs. Rissmiller's class made a special project for Martin Luther King Day. Camden read a book about MLK and found this special project for his class to make. It was a lot of work, but it turned out great! Thanks Cam for the good idea!
