Earlier this month, two Brandywine Heights students auditioned for District Band, a select festival ensemble made up of students from school districts in seven counties, including Berks. Junior Madeline Roibu (clarinet) and 8th grader Louis Johnson (baritone saxophone) both qualified for District Band and will represent Brandywine at the festival in January. Congratulations to Maddie and Louis on this outstanding accomplishment!

The Brandywine Heights Area School District will be operating under a two-hour delay. Road conditions, particularly in the higher elevations, are snow covered and very slippery. A delay will allow for roads to be treated and a safer travel in daylight

Thank you to Ott Flower Gardens for collaborating with our ESL classes today! Together, students designed and created beautiful planters that are now proudly decorating our buildings for the winter season. This hands-on project was a wonderful way to blend creativity, teamwork, and community engagement. Our students enjoyed learning from the experts and bring their ideas to life. A special thank you to the Brandywine Educational Foundation for sponsoring this event! Your support made this incredible experience possible and helped us make the school spaces warm and inviting.
