❄️☃️Today, January 19, is a Virtual Weather Day for Brandywine Heights Area School District due to hazardous road conditions. A full-day virtual schedule is in place. Please check your email for detailed information. All after-school and evening activities are canceled. Stay warm and safe!!

They are here!! 115 rainbow trout have found their way to the ES STEM classroom! Can't wait to watch them continue to grow in the months ahead! We transferred the eggs/sac fry safely from the bag to the fish basket and tested the water to make sure it was perfect for our new guests!

❄️☃️This is a message from the Brandywine Heights Area School District. To help families prepare for tomorrow morning I wanted to send a message out this evening with an update on the status of school tomorrow. The School District will be operating under a two hour delay for tomorrow, Monday, January 19th. Based on the current snow coming down and freezing temperatures over night, a delay will allow time to clear roads and school grounds. We will evaluate conditions in the morning and any additional calls will be made by 8:00 am.

Pre-K Price were excited to meet our first Mystery Reader and it turned out to be one of Ms. Beam's 1st grade students, Kali!
Kali's little brother, Kayden, was super surprised when the mystery reader turned out to be his big sister. Everyone loved hearing the story about Fly Guy!

First Bullet Academy yoga session of 2026! Miss April read "Jenny's Winter Walk" and taught poses that made the children connect to winter. Thank you, Miss April! Next session will be Thursday, January 29th.

Bring your little ones out of the cold! Bullet Academy will be holding open gym sessions on Tuesday, January 20th from 5:00-6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, January 21st from 10:00-11:00 a.m. These sessions are for BHASD families with children ages birth to kindergarten. Hope you can join the fun!

Reminder: Monday, January 19 is now a Snow Make-Up Day.
