In technology, second grade is decorating the printout of an iPad creation, and using the PicCollage app, students filled the inside of their shadow with things that describe them.

In technology in 3rd grade, students watched a clip from the popular YouTube channel, Dude Perfect, where a pumpkin carving contest was hosted. They, then, used a 3D software, called CyberPumpkin.Zone, to simulate creating their own pumpkin carving contest, where students voted on their favorite creation! :)

Second graders studied how friends depend on each other. Then they created their own friendship brew! 💙

This week is Red Ribbon Week, October 27th - October 31st. The purpose of Red Ribbon Week is to show our school’s commitment to support drug free youth. At the elementary level, we will be focusing on making healthy and safe choices. Below you will find a schedule of the planned “spirit days.” Students are encouraged but not required to participate.

This Explore cycle we did Halloween challenges! We trapped a monster, built a fence to keep creepy carrots from escaping, helped Crankenstein be less cranky, and made our very own under the bed monsters!

On November 12th, BHASD in conjunction with Key Club will be hosting a Senior Citizen Luncheon for the Thanksgiving holiday. Following this event, we will be hosting an optional Introduction to Smartphones course for Senior Citizens. Seating is limited to the first 125 people. Bullet Academy children listened to Miss April read "Spooky Yoga", practiced spooky yoga poses, and worked on breathing techniques. Thank you, Miss April!

🎃👻 Welcome to Halloweentown at Brandywine Heights! 👻🎃

Join us on Wednesday, October 29th from 6:00–8:00 PM for a spooktacular evening of fun, frights, and community spirit! 🕸️✨

Hosted by the Brandywine Heights High School Student Council, this family-friendly event will feature:

🍬 Candy, costumes, and more!

Second graders explored the different properties of materials used for clothing, such as texture, flexibility, and absorbency. In this activity, students used this information to design and build a hat that protects them from the Sun.

Bullet Academy children and families enjoyed a wagon ride, learning about pumpkins, picking pumpkins, strolling through the corn maze and free play at Savidge Farms. Thank you to everyone at Savidge Farms for a fun day!
