Need a gentle way to unwind after a long day? Try Countdown to Calm—a simple bedtime practice to ease your mind and body.
Start with Five Finger Breathing:
✋ Trace each finger as you slowly breathe in and out.
Then move to High Five Hands:
🫱 Breathe In – open your hands
🫳 Breathe Out – close your hands
🔁 Repeat 5 times while counting: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…
This calming ritual helps slow your breathing, relax your nervous system, and prepare your body for rest. Try it tonight—you deserve the peace. 💙

🌽💥 Science in Action! 💥🌽
Last week in Gifted, we dove into the world of Ag literacy — and what better way to kick things off than with some delicious popcorn experiments? 🍿💡
Did you know that the moisture level in corn affects how it pops? We put it to the test by popping kernels that were:
🔥 Baked in the oven for an hour
💧 Soaked in water for an hour
🌱 Left as regular kernels
And the best part? We had a few extra 'teachers' on hand for Bring Your Child to Work Day, making our popcorn science lesson even more fun!

🧠💚 SPIRIT WEEK with a PURPOSE! 💚🧠
Starting Monday, we’re turning up the school spirit while turning the spotlight on mental health awareness! Each day is packed with fun themes and powerful messages to help us all pause, reflect, and support one another.
✨ Let’s break the stigma, boost each other up, and show that mental health matters just as much as school pride!
📸 Check out the image below for daily themes and join the movement!
