Reminder Joe Corbi's Fundraiser is due soon!

8th grader, Kendra Schiffert, was selected as the IS/MS Student Board Representative for the 2024/2025 school. She is responsible for attending board meetings each month and providing a report of all the exciting events and activities occurring in our building. Kendra did a fantastic job at her first school board meeting this evening!

BHASD is working with Health Hero PA to offer flu vaccinations for students on October 8th. Anyone interested in having their child(ren) vaccinated that day at school needs to complete, sign and return the consent form to the building school nurse's office on or before Wednesday, October 2nd. Budgeting and managing money can be overwhelming topics! Looking for strategies to building financial wealth can be daunting in today’s economy. To that end, we are excited to share an opportunity to learn about these topics with our school community. Brandywine Heights Area School District in conjunction with the Brandywine Heights Education Foundation and are thrilled to host the New York Life Insurance Company and the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation on September 26th at 6:30PM at the Brandywine Heights High School Auditorium. We hope this night can be informative for anyone ranging from high school students to interested families to learn these important skills. There was so much excitement to be back at school after the holiday weekend!




7th graders participated in the PE Summer Olympic Games. Students were exposed to new sports, track and field events, and creative interpretations of olympic events. Lots of laughter and smiles were shared by all!

The first week of school is officially in the books! It was wonderful seeing the excitement and energy of students returning to the classroom. Here's to a year of learning, growth, and new adventures!

That’s a wrap on our Summer Meal Program! A huge THANK YOU to our food service staff who made it possible to provide our students and families with nutritious meals all summer long. Thanks to the support of the staff and student helpers, the district successfully distributed over 20,000 meals this summer!

BHMS Student Council was busy preparing for the new school year today by decorating our stairwells with quotes!


Good afternoon Middle School Families.
You are invited to the Middle School Meet the Teacher Night on Wednesday, August 14th from 6:30-8:00pm. You and your child(ren) will have an opportunity to visit classrooms, meet the MS teaching staff, learn about your child’s curriculum.
Curriculum presentations are scheduled in the Auditorium as follows:
• 6th grade 6:30-7:00,
• 7th grade 7:00-7:30,
• 8th grade 7:30-8:00
Either before or after your grade level presentation in the Auditorium, teachers will be available in their classrooms and our Encore staff will be available in the Library. We hope that you can join us for a fun evening to connect with our staff and get excited about the start of the 2024/2025 school year.

Our final week of Camp Spark has come to an end. The campers enjoyed an active week learning about the history of the Olympic Games and got to end camp with our own Camp Spark Olympics! Thank you to all the staff, high school volunteers, students, and families for making the past three weeks an amazing summer learning experience!










Thank you Topton Fire Company for visiting Camp Spark and teaching us about fire safety if we are camping or spending time outdoors. We loved climbing in the truck and wearing the coat that protects you.






The Camp SPARK summer program is off to a fabulous start. Students are reading and participating in math activities related to the Around the Campfire theme. From marshmallow paintings to creating mini campfires, students have excitedly participated.
