On Tuesday, as a part of staff welcome back, the Brandywine Heights School District staff traveled to Antietam School District, which was devastated by recent flooding, to lend a helping hand, ensuring a smooth start to their school year. From moving & transporting furniture to setting up classrooms, we believe in supporting one another. Here's to collaboration and a wonderful school year ahead for all!

4th Graders and New Students!!!! Stop by the IS/MS to practice opening your locker. Students can get familar with opening a locker, so they are more comfortable on the first day of school. Two opportunities for Locker Practice are Friday, August 11th from 3pm-5pm and Monday, August 14th from 9am-11am. A Meet and Greet with some of our school staff will follow at 11:30am.

We are days away from the start of Camp Spark! The teachers and staff can't wait to see all the campers on Monday, July 10th to begin our learning adventure!!!!!!

After the senior students completed graduation practice this morning, the ES & IS/MS held a senior sendoff to congratulate & wish our BHASD Graduates the best of luck in their future! We hope to see everyone at Graduation next Wed, May 31st at Kutztown University Keystone Hall

Middle School Student Council members enjoyed a fun day at the Reading Phillies to celebrate their leadership and efforts to spread a positive school culture!






BHASD Food Happenings! This week students at the Middle School had Oven Baked Chicken Tenders & Tator Tots. Each meal was made complete with fruit, vegetables, and milk. Nice job, IS/MS team!


What a great performance by our 7th and 8th grade chorus and band at the adjudication. Chorus received an excellent rating and band received a top score superior rating. Now they are rewarded with a little fun at Hershey Park!!!!

BHASD 8th grade students got a sneak peek of their future at the high school. From visiting classrooms & meeting new teachers to talking with current HS students, they discovered endless opportunities waiting for them. The countdown to high school has officially begun!











Beautiful choral concert from our MS students. On Friday, the 7th and 8th graders head to Hershey for some competition and amusement park fun!

These awesome MS students are Reading Olympics Champions!!!! Reading 20 novels to prepare for the competition, they earned the top score in this county wide competition. Congratulations to the team! BHASD is so proud of you!







The BH Special Olympic athletes participated in different track and field events today at Schuylkill Valley HS. The events included long jump, shot put, softball throw, 25m walk, 25m run, 50m run, 100m run, and 4x100m relay. Congratulations athletes, you all did amazing!
