✔ PA Special Education Certification (K-12)
✔ Experience supporting students with emotional/behavioral needs
✔ Strong communication & collaboration skills
✔ Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, FBA, MTSS/RtI
✔ Data-driven and behavior support experience

⭐ Preferred Experience Includes:
🔹 Safety-Care or crisis intervention certification
🔹 Restorative practices, SEL, or therapeutic models
