
What a fantastic day celebrating Pi...you know, that mathematical concept that starts with 3.14 but continues on forever in a seemingly random sequence. Students practiced memorizing this number and our school winner could recite Pi out to over 200 digits!!!! Thank you to our math teachers for organizing such a fun math assembly.

8th grade spent the day at Blue Mountain Ski Resort learning to ski and snowboard.











6th graders learning how to calculate mean, median, and mode. Mr. Strohecker and Mr. Riggins participating in this fun broad jump challenge to collect the data.



In Health class, 8th graders solved a breakout challenge examining character traits. Mrs Eisenhart and Mrs. Konyak collaborated together to design this fun activity!

MS Students competing in the PULSE Winter Olympics. 7th grade made a huge comeback from the fall. Scores are close between all three grades levels. One more Olympics in the Spring:)











PULSE Service Project: Loose Change Donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!
March 6th- March 30th students can bring in loose change to their homeroom. The Homeroom in each grade level that raises the most money will win a special prize bag.


Students in Mrs. Savidge's class worked on a poetry assignment on google classroom today. Students were engaged, seeking feedback from the teacher, and eager to share the progress made on their poems.




Students in Mr. Stephens' class tested the properties of minerals in order to identify the type of mineral provided during a lab experiement.




This morning BHASD received 40 pallets or 30,000 bags of Lysol wipes from the Frontline Impact Project! These Lysol wipes will be invaluable to our students and staff as we continually work to ensure a healthy school environment. Having an extra layer of support to clean and disinfect classrooms is a huge advantage to keeping our schools clean and students in school learning!





6th grade students utilized our green screen area to film for Gifted Film Fest.
