Happy New Year from all of us at Brandywine Heights Area School District! Wishing you a 2025 filled with joy and endless possibilities. Here's to making it a year to remember! 🎉✨

Earlier this month, two Brandywine Heights students auditioned for District Band, a select festival ensemble made up of students from school districts in seven counties, including Berks. Junior Madeline Roibu (clarinet) and 8th grader Louis Johnson (baritone saxophone) both qualified for District Band and will represent Brandywine at the festival in January. Congratulations to Maddie and Louis on this outstanding accomplishment!

Wishing you joy, peace, and warmth this holiday season from all of us at Brandywine Heights Area School District. Happy Holidays! 🎄❄️✨

Big thanks to our School Board for treating the entire District Staff to a holiday lunch! Chick-fil-A sandwiches and snacks were the perfect way to celebrate the season. 🎄🍴

☕️ Cold, foggy mornings call for hot coffee and warm hearts. After Monday’s moving POW/MIA Flag Donation Ceremony, we shared stories, smiles, and some warm beverages with our incredible Veterans. Thank you to everyone who braved the weather to honor the brave.

You can live-stream the High School Winter Concert this evening at 7:00 p.m. We hope to see you there, either in person or virtually!

The Brandywine Heights Area School District will be operating under a two-hour delay. Road conditions, particularly in the higher elevations, are snow covered and very slippery. A delay will allow for roads to be treated and a safer travel in daylight

🎶 The Middle School Select Chorus and Band performed at Christkindlmarkt in Bethlehem on Friday. 🎄 Students did a wonderful job and enjoyed some time exploring Christkindlmarkt! ❄️

Thank you to Ott Gardens and Planters for collaborating with our ESL classes today! Together, students designed and created beautiful planters that are now proudly decorating our buildings for the winter season. This hands-on project was a wonderful way to blend creativity, teamwork, and community engagement. Our students enjoyed learning from the experts and bring their ideas to life. A special thank you to the Brandywine Educational Foundation for sponsoring this event! Your support made this incredible experience possible and helped us make the school spaces warm and inviting.

We are beyond grateful to the Friends of Brandywine for their incredible generosity! 💙✨ Their donation of 40 complete holiday meals has brought comfort and joy to families in our District who needed a little extra support this season. 🦃🎁
Your kindness and dedication to our community truly embody the spirit of giving. Thank you, Friends of Brandywine, for helping to make the holidays brighter for so many! 🎄

The Middle School Key Club organized a district-wide food drive to support the Brandywine Food Pantry. 🥫✨ Thanks to the incredible efforts of students across all grades, K-12, we achieved our goal of assembling 65 meal boxes for the holidays. 🎁🎄 On Wednesday, December 11th, members of the Middle School Key Club packaged and delivered the boxes to the pantry. 🚚💙
We are deeply grateful for your generous donations and overwhelming support in making this food drive a resounding success. 🙌💖 Thank you for coming together to help our community! 🌟

A heartfelt thank you to Gallagher Insurance for keeping our kiddos warm this winter with brand-new coats for those in need! Your generosity makes a big difference in our community. 🧥❤️

Over the weekend, high school music students led caroling for both the Longswamp and Topton Tree Lighting events. The band Big Lunch also played some songs at the Topton Tree Lighting on Sunday. We always enjoy being part of these community events!
